Join the Positively Africana by Aimee Community Night and embark on a journey to get fit, feel fantastic, and connect with like-minded individuals while making a meaningful impact! Our monthly membership provides unlimited access to a variety of engaging fitness classes including Functional Strength Training, Strong Nation HIIT, Zumba, and Afrobeats Dane, available both in-person at Studio Helix and online via Zoom.
