Parking + Directions
Thornes Marketplace is located at 150 Main Street in Northampton, with CONVENIENT, COVERED PARKING right next door – and the FIRST HOUR is FREE!
Short and long-term parking are available in Northampton’s E.J. Gare Municipal Parking lot which is located at 85 Hampton Avenue, Northampton, MA. This lot provides convenient skywalk access to Thornes Main Level. Handicapped parking is available on Level 3 of the Gare Municipal lot.
Additional municipal parking is available behind and nearby Thornes with lots just off Route 5 (Pleasant Street) or via Old South Street, off of Main Street.
On-street parking is free after 8 pm Monday through Saturday, all day Sunday, and on major holidays. Free parking for your bike is always available in the plaza between Thornes and the parking garage.

We do not sell a Thornes gift card, however the Chamber of Commerce does sell a Downtown Northampton gift card which is accepted by all Thornes merchants. A Downtown Northampton gift card can be purchased at the self-service kiosk located on second floor of Thornes next to the Photo Booth. - Are there spaces for lease available at Thornes Marketplace?
